Accident medical expense benefits
If a member incurs eligible expenses from a covered injury, Wellfleet covers 100% of usual and customary charges within 52 weeks of the accident. Coverage applies after the deductible, up to the maximum. The first expense must occur within 60 days of the accident.

of a covered injury, as recommended by a physician. Examples include:
• Hospital & outpatient services • Physician care
• X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, lab tests
• Medical supplies & prescriptions
